Simply Skin Studio – Terms & Conditions

By completing a purchase or booking with Simply Skin Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Payments

All services must be secured with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required depending on the service selected. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the rate at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service fees will still apply.

Service Packages

All service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Simply Skin Studio does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Simply Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed unsuitable for treatment.

Refund Policy

All services and treatments are final sale. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Retail products may be eligible for exchange only in the case of damage or defect.

Promotions & Offers

Promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions are valid only during the specified timeframe.

Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept any potential risks associated with skincare treatments and agree to release Simply Skin Studio from liability, except in cases of gross negligence.
