Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, Simply Skin Studio has the following booking and cancellation policies in place. ⸻ Appointment Deposits All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more in advance: Your deposit will be credited to your account and may be applied toward a future service. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future appointments. This policy allows us to respect our time and accommodate other clients. ⸻ Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid impacting scheduled appointments.
